| Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception The Ceremony will include brief opening remarks punctuated by cultural offerings It will be a one-time event where four cultures will meet: Inuit, Huronne-Wendat, French and English. A welcoming reception will follow in the exhibition area. The welcoming reception is included in the registration fees.
